1. Proof of purchase
2. Agent PO # for original purchase
3. Description of fault

Warranty call out is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Claims for non-warranty items (including lack of basic care of maintenance, e.g., dirty/blocked condensers), no fault found, or travel over 50k will be chargeable.

Not all warranties are onsite. Smaller items may be a back-to-base warranty.
